The practice premises are open from 8.00 a.m. 12.30 & 1.30 – 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday

We offer a rapid & flexible appointment system offering contact within two working days for routine matters.  Surgeries operate from 08:00 to 11:30 and 14:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.   Routine appointments are 12 mins long & are available for booking up to six weeks in advance. Longer appointments are available if required.

Same day appointments are available morning, afternoon and evening.  Requests for same day appointments  will be added to the triage list and a doctor will phone you back as soon as possible to organise the most appropriate type of care. All our consultations are by allotted appointment time so please phone first to minimize waiting times .

Sick children will always be seen in surgery quickly.

The Health Visitors are also available to give advice on minor ailments, behaviour, eating and sleep problems for the under 5’s. Contact them direct on 02920 693757

•  Registered patients aged 16-75 who have not been seen for 3 years may request a consultation

• Registered patients aged over 75 years who have not been seen in the previous 12 months may request a consultation (If you are unable to attend the surgery for these checks because of your medical condition a home visit may be arranged)

HOUSE CALLS-20357602

Patients are generally seen at the surgery between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.  Patients may be seen at home if the doctor considers a home visit necessary because of the patient’s medical condition.  Where possible requests for house calls should be telephoned before 10:30 to allow doctors to plan their day.  The duty doctor will assess all requests for house calls.

Many problems can be resolved without direct face-to-face contact.  If you contact reception you will be allotted an approximate  time  for the doctor to call you back 

OUT OF HOURS

On weekdays between the hours of 6.30 pm and 8.00 am and all day and night at the weekends and on Bank Holidays, services are commissioned by the Cardiff Local Health Board.

FLU CLINIC

From the 1st October each year a winter flu vaccination programme commences. We advise that everyone over 65 or with chronic illness should receive this vaccine. Appointments including Saturdays are available from September.
